- The element offers up to 98% internal adsorption space for long service life and low running costs; the pleated media enlarges the filtration area, trapping contaminants easily while handling higher air flow rates with low pressure drop.
- Media material: the AFE uses high-performance borosilicate microglass fibre, pleated to give the greatest filtration area and accuracy in element geometry.
- End cap material: aluminium alloy end caps sealed with O-rings can be used at the maximum operating temperature and, combined with the threaded construction, give the best possible seal, preventing untreated compressed air from bypassing downstream.
- Anti-crush, anti-burst stainless steel support mesh: inner and outer stainless steel meshes around the core provide maximum support while giving mechanical pre-filtration and separation.
